The Role: Total Operational Ownership

At the holding, the mission for this role is simple: Enable the partners to focus 100% on the business. You are the person who ensures that "the rest" just works. You aren't just supporting the office; you are running it.

Your core responsibilities include:

  • Operational Shield: Taking all non-investment tasks off the partners' plates. You are the first point of contact for external vendors, service providers, and general inquiries.
  • Financial Administration: Organizing the "paper trail." You gather invoices, prepare documents for our external accountants, and ensure our financial administration is always audit-ready.
  • Personnel Admin: Handling the basic administration for our small team. This includes being the point of contact for the social secretariat (payroll), managing vacation tracking, and keeping personnel files up to date.
  • IT & Facilities Coordination: Ensuring the digital and physical workspace is flawless. You coordinate with IT support, manage software subscriptions, and keep the Brussels hub running smoothly.
  • Executive Navigation: Managing calendars, travel, and logistics for the partners so they can move from meeting to meeting without worrying about the details.

The profile: The Proactive All-Rounder

They don’t need someone who waits for a "to-do" list. They need someone who creates the list and checks it off before they even notice.

  • Mindset: You take pride in being the "go-to" person. You are reliable, highly organized, and possess the discretion required to work in a high-level investment environment.
  • Autonomy: You are comfortable working alone and making decisions. Since the partners are often focused on deals, you must be a self-starter.
  • Languages:
    • English: Fluent/Native (essential for their international investors and partners).
    • French: A major asset for local Brussels/Benelux administration.
    • German: A very strong advantage (due to their core market focus).
  • Experience: A solid background in office management, management support, or high-level administration. Experience in a small, fast-paced team is a plus.
