Your function

You will become the right hand and trusted partner of an entrepreneurial CEO who operates internationally and moves at a fast pace. You'll be given a broad mandate and play a key role in supporting the CEO on an operational, organisational, and strategic level.

You constantly anticipate what needs to happen next, take ownership of projects, and ensure momentum is maintained even when the CEO has already shifted focus to the next opportunity. You don't wait for instructions; you think ahead, take initiative, and proactively keep the CEO informed.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the CEO's trusted right hand, ensuring he can focus on the highest-value priorities.
  • Manage a complex and ever-changing calendar while maintaining enough flexibility to accommodate business opportunities anywhere in the world.
  • Independently manage, coordinate, and deliver projects from start to finish, taking full ownership throughout the process.
  • Think proactively, develop ideas and recommendations, and regularly align with the CEO to ensure you're moving in the right direction.
  • Organise international travel, meetings, and events down to the smallest detail.
  • Ensure everything behind the scenes runs seamlessly, from logistics to day-to-day operational support.
  • Support the CEO on a wide range of operational and strategic matters, preparing decisions and providing well-thought-out solutions when needed.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, driving actions forward in a respectful yet assertive manner.
  • Handle highly confidential information with absolute discretion and integrity.
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and comfortably switch between multiple projects and responsibilities.
